Hoffman has announced its expanded line of Clean Tray UL Type 1 stainless steel cable tray for power and data cable management in sanitary food and beverage processing and packaging environments. Clean Tray protects rated cabling and features a sloped-top sanitary design that minimises dirt, debris and mould build-up in addition to facilitating ease of cleaning. The Clean Tray line also includes numerous sloped-top fittings, variable angle fittings and telescopic straight sections that translate to greater installation savings and optimal sanitary performance.

Clean Tray is offered with sloped- and flat-cover options, as well as perforated and non-perforated bottoms. Additionally, the line extension now includes variable angle fittings that adjust from 0 to 90° to easily fit corners and simplify field integration and installation; adjustable straight sections with a 46 to 73 cm extension range provide application flexibility; a variety of sloped-top fittings with front, inside or outside cover options allow for highly customised runs; and 45 and 90° elbows with female and male coupling options to accommodate applications that require tight turns (two elbows coupled together) while minimising installation time.

Hoffman’s Clean Tray Type 1 stainless steel cable tray delivers high-performance protection for rated cables in beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

The tray system also offers removable tops or sides for cabling access, is manufactured from 18 gauge stainless steel formed to minimise unnecessary ridges and potential bacteria catch-points, and is available in sizes ranging from 5.1 x 5.1 to 12.7 x 12.7 cm.
