The testo 350XL portable flue gas analyser allows the user to check the correct operation and efficiency of any combustion process. This handheld instrument is equipped with gas sensors for O₂, CO, CO₂ (measured), NO and NO₂ as standard. There are also optional sensor additions, which is SO₂.

All readings on the testo 350XL are printed on an in-built printer; it is also detachable and can operate at up to 50 m away from the analysis box. It can measure pressure, temperature, humidity and flow.

It has a Peltier gas preparation unit with a hose pump to condensate disposal and for regulation. It also has a fresh air valve for measurements, which can last up to several hours.

It also has an integrated gas conditioning system, which achieves accurate measurements of NO_X or SO₂ and the analyser is also protected from corrosive condensate from the flue gas.
