Phoenix Contact PTIO series sensor/actuator terminal blocks

To minimise the wiring work of magnetic control valves and sensors, they are decoupled from the control system and wired in separate terminal boxes. The PTIO sensor/actuator terminal series from Phoenix Contact is specifically designed for this purpose with a construction width of only 3.5 mm.

The compact double-level terminals are available in three- and four-wire versions. The upper level for signal wiring is available with or without LED. The positive and negative connections are maintained on the lower level. Continuous bridge shafts per terminal point allow a quick and simple potential distribution via plug-in bridges directly from the PTIO-IN power terminal blocks. These power terminals now make it particularly easy to supply and extend groups of terminals. The central power wiring is done conveniently from the same direction as the signal wiring. The double bridge shaft on each terminal point allows the power terminals, which have identical contours, to be positioned anywhere on the terminal strip.

The sensor/actuator terminal blocks with push-in connection technology are part of the Clipline Complete terminal block product range and share the advantages of that system, including the use of the same range of accessories. This series also minimises wiring times and lowers logistical costs.
