The IEC APC-3576 is totally sealed to NEMA 4/IP65 specifications on all sides. All the standard I/O ports, including the DC power input, PS/2 keyboard and mouse, ethernet and USB ports, use weatherproof-sealed connectors.

The APC-3576 is a powerful Intel Celeron M 1 GHz PC and 15" high brightness 350 cd/m2 TFT LCD housed in an IP65 stainless steel enclosure measuring 426 (w) x 315 (h) x 98.5 (d) mm. The APC-3576 supports 1 GB of 200/266 MHz DDR SDRAM and an internal 2.5" hard drive, and provides an internal CompactFlash slot of expansion. The 15" LCD provides a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and is covered by a mechanically inert glass front panel fitted with a projected capacitive touch screen. Additional I/O includes two com ports, one external VGA, one ethernet port, two USB ports, PS/2 keyboard and mouse.

The APC-3576 is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 °C with a non-condensing relative humidity of 10 to 90% at 40 °C. The APC-3576 uses standard VESA 75 mounting holes and can be mounted on a range of commercially available arms and brackets.

The wide-range DC input (11 to 28 VDC) allows the APC-3576 to operate from most DC supplies. The NEMA 4/IP65 fanless construction of the APC-3576 provides a long-term reliable and quiet computing solution and makes it a suitable panel PC for industrial, food processing and medical environments.
