The ARK-3399 offers flexibility to embedded application developers because of its improved storage speed and reliability.

The ARK-3399’s low-profile, extruded aluminum chassis is optimised for Intel Core Duo 1.66 GHz, Core2 Duo 1.06 GHz or CeleronM 1.06 GHz processors. The Intel 945GM chipset supports a CF card up to 8 GB and 2 GB DDR2 memory, and offers improved graphics and increased I/O bandwidth over previous chipsets.

The ARK-3399 supports dual display mode for multimedia applications, with capacity for VGA and LVDS (up to 48-bit) as independent displays. It delivers high data transmission speed with GigaLAN, serial ATA and CompactFlash Types I and II, five USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports (one RS232 and one RS232/422/485), and 8-bit DIO.

The ARK-3399 offers low-profile, sealed construction, and the fanless and high MTBF design lowers maintenance costs. For those considering upgrades, the ARK-3399 has the same dimensions and mounting as the ARK-338x series; users can easily upgrade to an ARK-3399 in the same application field.

The ARK-3399 supports the latest operating systems such as Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows XPe and Windows CE 6.0.
