SEW-Eurodrive DriveConfigurator

SEW-Eurodrive has launched ‘DriveConfigurator’, an online resource designed to simplify the selection of drive system components. Presenting a virtual ‘see-before-you-buy’ resource, DriveConfigurator allows users to select drive components from the complete SEW-Eurodrive range to build a virtual end-to-end drive solution, and access project-specific product data and quotations.

DriveConfigurator has been designed to fast-track and simplify the initial selection of the drive components for an application, and to allow users to consider and compare multiple drive system component combinations before making a final choice.

DriveConfigurator users are guided through the selection process with easy-to-understand prompts and illustrations. Once drive components and accessories have been selected, users can choose to download information pertinent to the motors, geared-motors and frequency inverters of interest. These include operating instructions, technical manuals, dimension sheets, spare parts lists, manufacturers’ declarations and declarations of conformity, and 2D and 3D CAD-Model information. Users also have the option of sending a request for quotation to a contact partner at SEW-Eurodrive. All selected items can be stored online for future reference and review.
