The Sprayflo range of high-impact air nozzles has been extended to include 1/4 and 1/8" BSP 316 stainless steel options in five various flow rates.
According to the company, the nozzles have the same venturi design as its existing polypropylene air nozzle, but are available in various flow options. They also have a higher resistance to shock, heat and chemicals.
Suitable for pressures up to 5 bar and flow rates up to 620 L/min, the design of the air nozzles produces a high-impact, solid air stream. The venturi inlets induce the surrounding air resulting in a flow rate approximately twice that supplied. This feature makes the air nozzles suitable for applications where efficiency of air consumption is important or increased blow-off performance is required from an existing installation.
The air nozzles are compact in size and are suitable for various applications including blowing off water droplets and drying, and blowing off duct and swarf.
