Latest technologies at the Workplace Health & Safety Show

Industry pioneers and the latest technologies will take centre stage when the Workplace Health & Safety Show 2022 opens at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 25–26 May.

Featuring over 100 exhibitors, the Workplace Health & Safety Show is Australia’s dedicated workplace health and safety event, and aims to shine a spotlight on the innovative new technologies in the world of safety.

As software has evolved, so too has the ease with which OH&S managers can stay on top of important safety requirements in the workplace, without being bogged down by never-ending paperwork. Featured software exhibitors at the Workplace Health & Safety Show include all-in-one WHS management system Skytrust, voiceover audit and checklist tool Talk 5, integrated safety and security management platform Noggin and supplier management solution Donesafe.

Wearable tech is the next generation of safety management and this year’s Workplace Health & Safety Show features Reactec — showcasing an ecosystem of high-tech workplace wearables and cloud-based analytics – and Preventure, showing how companies can reduce workplace injury using wearable technology, video analysis and reliable data.

There is also a swath of impairment prevention and assessment companies bringing their systems to the Workplace Health & Safety Show in 2022. Alert for Work offers fatigue management technology for high-risk industries across Australia, Respiratory & Sleep Service offers a comprehensive, non-invasive and cost-effective home sleep testing service, and MX3 provides hydration testing systems that are used in a multitude of industries — from athletes and trainers to active-duty military personnel and mining companies.

“New technologies are being developed at a record pace, and the health and safety industry is at the forefront of implementing these new technologies into apps and services that are creating efficiencies and preventing serious onsite accidents” said Marie Kinsella, CEO, IEC Group Australia. “We’re extremely pleased to have gathered together some of the most innovative and game-changing brands for this year’s Workplace Health & Safety Show.”

Australia’s dedicated workplace health and safety event promises a live, interactive two-way learning experience with a trade show featuring over 100 brands, talks and interactive forums. Held in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety’s National Conference, the show aims to bring together the world’s best practice in workplace health and safety.

The program of events and opportunities offers professionals the chance to meet new suppliers, update knowledge, join discussions and forge connections.
