IoT innovation workshop
Simply put, the Internet of Things is the concept of basically connecting any device to the internet. The new rule for the future is going to be ‘anything that can be connected, will be connected’. Ubiquitous connectivity, coupled with low-power embedded computing devices and smart sensors, can enable the generation of massive amounts of data, which can then be analysed either on the cloud or on the edge to provide timely, actionable insights that have never been possible before.
For embedded design engineers, designing their first Internet of Things product, knowing where to start and hoping not to reinvent the wheel can be a challenge. For senior management and business owners, gaining competitive advantage with the adoption of IoT in their businesses is now becoming a priority, but navigating the complexities of IoT is not an easy task.
The Telit IoT Innovation Workshop will provide good coverage and hands-on experience on how to IoT-enable embedded products and existing equipment without having to build everything from scratch. For senior management and entrepreneurs, the workshop will also provide a commercial overview of how IoT can be used to improve current business processes and help identify new and untapped opportunities for IoT in various vertical markets.
No required prior knowledge is necessary for this workshop.
