InduSoft software wins Engineers' Choice award
InduSoft’s Enhanced Studio Mobile Access software has won the Control Engineering 2014 Engineers’ Choice award in the Software - Mobile Apps for Controls, Automation, Instrumentation category.
Control Engineering magazine readers vote for the best products in automation, control and instrumentation based on technological advancement, service to industry and market impact. This year, InduSoft’s mobile access capabilities were clearly popular with voters.
The company’s Enhanced Studio Mobile Access offering enables InduSoft Web Studio 7.1 users to develop screens, widgets and animations that can be deployed to a variety of mobile devices such as Android tablets and smartphones, and iPads and iPhones.
“We really owe this honour to those who support InduSoft Web Studio - our end-user customers, OEMs, distributors and certified system integrators. This robust community is the reason InduSoft is able to continue to break new ground,” said Marcia Gadbois, InduSoft vice president.
InduSoft Web Studio also received an honourable mention in the HMI software category in this year’s awards. In 2013, InduSoft received the Engineers’ Choice awards in three categories, and it won the HMI software award in 2012.
