Adept Electronic Solutions, Total Turnkey Solutions join forces
Adept Electronic Solutions and Total Turnkey Solutions have announced a merger, creating the largest provider of machine vision and imaging products and services in Australia and New Zealand.
The merger of these two companies to form Adept Turnkey Pty Ltd will create a machine vision industrial company with a complementary portfolio of products, advanced technologies and enhanced growth opportunities. The merger will take effect on 1 July 2011.
Adept chief executive officer Marc Fimeri said, “Both Adept and Turnkey Solutions have been and continue to be very successful companies, but we need to respond as our organisations face increasing international pressures to offer better value to our customers. This merger will create a larger and stronger company to enhance the quality and value of our offering to our customers. It will also allow us to be better placed to grow into new markets and expand nationally, internationally and to adjust to the changing landscape of the automation sector.

Adept Turnkey Pty Ltd will have a combined expertise of over 50 years, and the two companies see the merger as a perfect cultural and product fit. They have the approval and encouragement of their respective suppliers and all products that the two companies currently supply will continue to be supplied and supported.

Adept Turnkey Pty Ltd will soon be offering new job and career opportunities as part of a planned expansion. Marc Fimeri will be taking on the role as CEO of Adept Turnkey Pty Ltd, Mark Goulding is appointed sales manager and Kevin Dowsey will take on the role of technical manager. Adept Turnkey Pty Ltd will have offices located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and the company says that plans for expansion are already well defined.
